Exchanges
Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The pair must be unworn, in its original box, with all packaging intact. Sole scuffs from outdoor wear void the exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
